Rev. Fr. Hermann is a priest of the Diocese of Kumbo in the North West Region of Cameroon in West Africa.​

The initiative to establish the St. Maurice Education Foundation, Cameroon, is a response to the urgent need to address the devastating effects of the 8 year long socio-political and economic crisis that has caused pain to many, especially in the English speaking part of Cameroon, especially in my home town of Kumbo and Nkum Municipality in particular.
We come to join the many hands that have been working tirelessly for years to support and accompany many who have had hard times through these years.

Our aim is to support and accompany the children in order to give them an education, which is essential for a solid future.
